DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 143/2011

amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
‘37de. 32011 D 0155: Commission Decision 2011/155/EU
of 9 March 2011 on the publication and management
of the reference document referred to in Article 27(4)
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic
of Directive 2008/57/EC of the European Parliament
Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement
and of the Council on the interoperability of the rail
on the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as
