Decision by common accord of the representatives of the Governments of the Member States determining the seat of the Community Plant Variety Office (97/C 36/01)
THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE MEMBER STATES,
Having regard to Article 216 of the Treaty etablishing the European Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 2100/94 of 27 July 1994 on Community plant variety rights (1),
Whereas it is necessary to determine the seat of the Community Plant Variety Office,
HAVE DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
The Community Plant Variety Office shall have its seat in Angers.
Article 2
This Decision, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities, shall enter into force today.
Done at Brussels, 6 December 1996.
