amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011 as regards the conditions of approval of the
active substance acetic acid

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health and
finalised on 16 July 2013 in the format of the
Commission review report for acetic acid.
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European
