Fenpropidin (sum of fenpropidin and its salts, expressed as fenpropidin) (R) (S)
(R) = The residue definition differs for the following combinations pesticide-code number:
fenpropidin-code 1000000 except 1040000: sum of fenpropidin, 2-methyl-2-[4-(2-methyl-3- piperidin-1-yl-propyl)-phenyl]propionic acid, and their salts, expressed as
fenpropidin
(S) = The EU Reference Laboratories for Residues of Pesticides identified the reference standard for 2-methyl-2-[4-(2-methyl-3- piperidin-1-yl-propyl)-phenyl]propionic acid as
commercially not available. When re-viewing the MRL, the Commission will take into account the commercial availability of the reference standard referred to in the first
sentence by 25 January 2015, or, if that reference standard is not commercially available by that date, the unavailability of it.
