appointing the full members and alternate members of the Governing Board of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1365/75 of 26 May 1975 on the creation of a European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions [1], and in particular Article 6 thereof,

Having regard to the lists of nominees submitted by the Governments of the Member States for Government representatives and forwarded by the Commission for the representatives of workers' and employers' organisations,

Whereas:

(1) By its Decision of 13 December 2004 [2], the Council appointed the full members and alternate members of the Administrative Board of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions for the period from 19 October 2004 to 18 October 2007.

(2) By virtue of Regulation (EC) No 1111/2005, the Administrative Board was replaced by a Governing Board.

(3) The full members and alternate members of the said Governing Board, representing the Governments of the Member States and workers' and employers' organisations, must be appointed for a three-year period.

(4) It is for the Commission to appoint its own representatives on the Governing Board,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

The following are hereby appointed full members and alternate members of the Governing Board of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions for the period from 1 December 2007 to 30 November 2010:
