COUNCIL IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 623/2011

implementing Regulation (EC) No 560/2005 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed
against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Cte d'Ivoire
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

view
of
the
urgency,
and
in
order
to
ensure
that
the
measures provided for in this Regulation are effective,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 560/2005 of
this Regulation should enter into force immediately
12 April 2005 imposing certain specific restrictive measures
upon its publication,
directed against certain persons and entities in view of the
situation in Cte d'Ivoire ( 1 ), and in particular Article 11a(2)
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
