COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 1241/2011
of 30 November 2011
repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1211/2011 operating deductions from certain fishing
effort for 2011 on account of overfishing by certain Member States in the previous year
THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
(EU) No 1211/2011 and the quantities of effort deducted
as set out in the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU)
No 1211/2011.
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European
Union,

that

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
Whereas:

maximum allowable fishing effort fixed in Council

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publi
cation in the Official Journal of the European Union.
(2) On
the
basis
of
recent
correspondence
with
certain
Member States, there is a need for additional verification
of the information underlying Implementing Regulation
It shall apply from 1 December 2011.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
