DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE

amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
European Parliament and of the Council as regards
the flag State criteria (OJ L 241, 14.9.2010, p. 1).
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic
Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement
