POLITICAL AND SECURITY COMMITTEE DECISION EUPOL COPPS/1/2012
of 3 July 2012
on the appointment of the Head of the European Union Police Mission for the Palestinian
Territories (EUPOL COPPS)

THE POLITICAL AND SECURITY COMMITTEE,
Kenneth DEANE as Head of the EUPOL COPPS mission
for the period from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013,
Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
particular the third paragraph of Article 38 thereof,
Article 1
Having regard to Council Joint Action 2005/797/CFSP of
Mr Kenneth DEANE is hereby appointed as Head of the

for Palestinian Territories ( 1 ) (EUPOL COPPS), and in particular
(EUPOL COPPS), for the period from 1 July 2012 to 30 June
