Article 11
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal
of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 April 2014.
However, Article 3 shall apply from 1 September 2014, Article 6(2) shall apply from 1 January 2014 and
Article 9 shall apply from 1 July 2014.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
