COUNCIL DECISION
of 14 February 2012
on the position of the European Union in relation to the draft Regulation of the United Nations
Economic Commission for Europe on pedestrian safety and to the draft Regulation of the United
Nations Economic Commission for Europe on Light Emitting Diode (LED) light sources
(2012/143/EU)
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European
