COUNCIL DECISION
of 9 March 2011
concerning the renewal of the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the
European Community and Ukraine
(2011/182/EU)
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
(7) The
renewal
of
the
Agreement
for
scientific
and
tech
nological cooperation between the European
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European
Community and Ukraine should be approved on behalf

for an additional period of 5 years, is hereby approved on
behalf of the Union.

its
Decision
2003/96/EC
of
6
February
2003
( 1 ), the
Council approved the conclusion of the Agreement for
Article 2
scientific and technological cooperation between the
European Community and Ukraine.
The President of the Council shall, acting on behalf of the
Union and in accordance with Article 12 of the Agreement,
give notification to the Government of Ukraine that the
