DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 37/2011
of 1 April 2011
amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic
Article 1
Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement
The following point shall be inserted after point 42ec
on the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as
(Commission Regulation (EC) No 352/2009) of Annex XIII to
‘the Agreement’, and in particular Article 98 thereof,
the Agreement:
Whereas:

that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the Agreement
