Commission Decision 2005/362/EC of 2 May 2005 approving the plan for the eradication of African swine fever in feral pigs in Sardinia, Italy (2) is to be incorporated into the Agreement.

(3)

Commission Decision 2005/375/EC of 11 May 2005 amending Decision 90/255/EEC as regards the entry of male sheep and goats into an annex to the flock-book (3) is to be incorporated into the Agreement.

(4)

Commission Decision 2005/379/EC of 17 May 2005 on pedigree certificates and particulars for pure-bred breeding animals of the bovine species, their semen, ova and embryos (4) is to be incorporated into the Agreement.

(5)

Commission Decision 2005/392/EC of 17 May 2005 amending Decision 2004/233/EC as regards the list of laboratories authorised to check the effectiveness of vaccination against rabies in certain domestic carnivores (5) is to be incorporated into the Agreement.

(6)

Commission Decision 2005/393/EC of 23 May 2005 on protection and surveillance zones in relation to bluetongue and conditions applying to movements from or through these zones (6) is to be incorporated into the Agreement.

(7)

Commission Decision 2005/434/EC of 9 June 2005 amending Decision 2005/393/EC as regards exemptions from the exit ban for domestic movements of animals from the restricted zones (7) is to be incorporated into the Agreement.

(8)

Commission Decision 2005/458/EC of 21 June 2005 granting Italy the derogation provided for in Article 3(2) of Council Directive 92/102/EEC on the identification and registration of animals (8) is to be incorporated into the Agreement.

(9)

Regulation (EC) No 932/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2005 amending Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 laying down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies as regards the extension of the period for transitional measures (9) is to be incorporated into the Agreement.

(10)

Decision 2005/379/EC repeals Commission Decisions 86/404/EEC (10), 88/124/EEC (11) and 96/80/EC (12), which are incorporated into the Agreement and are therefore to be repealed under the Agreement.

(11)

Decision 2005/393/EC repeals Commission Decision 2003/828/EC (13), which is incorporated into the Agreement and is therefore to be repealed under the Agreement.

This Decision is not to apply to Iceland and Liechtenstein,
