DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 120/2010

amending Annex IX (Financial services) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Agreement and which is consequently to be repealed
under the Agreement with effect from 30 April 2011.
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic
Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement
(8) Directive
2002/92/EC
of
the
European
Parliament
and
of
