COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 1142/2011

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

notified

authority to be listed in Annex XI to Regulation (EC)
No 4/2009.
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in the Member States in
accordance with the Treaties.
