amending Protocol 4 (Rules of origin) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,

In view of the number of changes to be made in Annex
II of Protocol 4, clarity requires it to be replaced in its
entirety,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic
Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement
on the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
‘the Agreement’, and in particular Article 98 thereof,

Whereas:
The text of Annex II of Protocol 4 shall be replaced by the text

set out in the Annex to this Decision.
