COUNCIL RECOMMENDATION
of 21 February 2012
concerning the discharge to be given to the Commission in respect of the implementation of the
operations of the European Development Fund (10th EDF) for the financial year 2010
(2012/129/EU)
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Auditors on the activities funded by the 8th, 9th and 10th
European Development Funds (EDFs)
( 5 ), concerning the
