COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 289/2011
of 23 March 2011
correcting the Hungarian text of Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009 laying down common detailed rules
for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards buying in and selling of
agricultural products under public intervention
THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Committee for the Common Organisation of the Agri
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European
cultural Markets,
Union,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agri
cultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agri
cultural products (Single CMO Regulation) ( 1 ), and in particular
Article 1
Article 43(a), (aa), (c), (d), (f), (j), (k), and(l) in conjunction with
Article 4 thereof,

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its

1272/2009 ( 2 ) contains two errors which must be
corrected with effect from the date of application of
Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009.
It shall apply from 1 March 2010.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
