COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 427/2012

on the extension of special guarantees concerning salmonella laid down in Regulation (EC) No
853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council to eggs intended for Denmark

Article 3
Consignments of eggs referred to in Article 1 shall be accompanied by a certificate complying with the
model provided for in Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1688/2005.
Article 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official
Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 July 2012.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
