COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 996/2011

amending Regulations (EC) No 657/2008, (EC) No 1276/2008 and Implementing Regulation (EU)
No 543/2011 as regards the notification obligations within the common organisation of agricultural
markets
THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Article 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the
European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
