COUNCIL DECISION
of 29 November 2012
establishing the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the General Council
of the World Trade Organization on the accession of the Republic of Tajikistan to the WTO

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
(7) Article XII of the Agreement establishing the WTO
