COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION
of 7 December 2011
on the recognition of Cape Verde pursuant to Directive 2008/106/EC of the European Parliament
and of the Council as regards the systems for the training and certification of seafarers
(notified under document C(2011) 8998)

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

information and evidence concerning the implementation
