Corrigendum to Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 6/2011 of 1 April 2011 amending Annex XX (Environment) to the EEA Agreement

( Official Journal of the European Union L 93 of 7 April 2011 )

Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 6/2011 shall be amended as follows:

In recital 1, the words ‘楧ecision of the EEA Joint Committee No 146/2007 of 26 October 2007 (1) in order to incorporate, inter alia, Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community (2), into that Agreement.‘�shall be replaced by the words and the footnote ‘楧ecision of the EEA Joint Committee No 126/2010 of 10 November 2010 (1).

2.	After recital 4, the words ‘楬AS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:‘�shall be replaced by the words ‘楬AS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:‘�

3.	In the first paragraph of Article 1, the parentheses and the words ‘�Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council)‘�shall be inserted after ‘�1al‘�

4.	The asterisk in Article 3, the words ‘楥onstitutional requirements indicated‘�shall be replaced by the words ‘No constitutional requirements indicated‘�
