COUNCIL DECISION 2013/45/CFSP
of 22 January 2013
amending Decision 2011/137/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
competent authorities of a Member State may authorise the
release of certain frozen funds or economic resources
provided the following conditions are met:
