DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 148/2012

amending Annex IX (Financial services) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
and of the Council with regard to checks on insurance
against civil liability in respect of the use of motor
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Done at Brussels, 13 July 2012.
The following point shall be inserted after point 8d (Com
mission Decision 2007/482/EC) of Annex IX to the Agreement:
