INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS
COUNCIL DECISION
of 5 December 2011
on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Croatia on
the participation of the Republic of Croatia in the work of the European Monitoring Centre for
Drugs and Drug Addiction
(2011/841/EU)
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European
Union, and in particular Article 168(5) in conjunction with
Article 1
Article 218(6)(a)(v) thereof,
The Agreement between the European Union and the Republic
of Croatia on the participation of the Republic of Croatia in the
European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction
Having regard to the proposal from the European Commission,
(hereinafter ‘the Agreement’) is hereby approved on behalf of
the Union.
Having regard to the consent of the European Parliament,
The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.
Whereas:
