HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The financial contribution from the Union towards the expenditure associated with eradicating avian
influenza in the Netherlands in 2010 is fixed at EUR 54 203,48.
Article 2
This Decision constituting a financing decision in the meaning of Article 75 of the Financial Regulation is
addressed to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
