DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE

amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
‘32011 D 0314: Commission Decision 2011/314/EU of
12 May 2011 concerning the technical specification for inter
operability relating to the “operation and traffic management”
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic
subsystem of the trans-European conventional rail system (OJ

Whereas:

amended
by
Decision
of the EEA Joint Committee No 95/2012 of 30 April
2012 ( 1 ).
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 16 June 2012, provided
