DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE

amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
of the Council on the minimum level of training of
seafarers (Situation on 22 May 2002) (2002/C
155/03) ( 7 ) is to be incorporated into the Agreement.
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic
Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement
on the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as

appropriate
certificates
recognised
under
the
