amending Annex XX (Environment) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
The transitional arrangements set out in the Annexes to the

Joint Declaration by the Contracting Parties to Decision No 28/2012 of 10 February 2012

prejudice to the view that civil procedural rules are not part of the EEA Agreement.’
