DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 192/2012
of 26 October 2012
amending Annex I (Veterinary and phytosanitary matters) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic
Article 1
Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Chapter I of Annex I to the EEA Agreement shall be amended
as follows:
Whereas:
(1) the following indent shall be added in point 94 (Com
mission Decision 2010/221/EU) in Part 4.2:
