DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE

amending Annex II (Technical regulations, standards, testing and certification) to the EEA
Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
(7) Directive 2009/78/EC repeals Council Directive
93/31/EEC ( 7 ) which is incorporated into the
Agreement and is therefore to be repealed under the
