COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 232/2013
of 15 March 2013
fixing the Union withdrawal and selling prices for the fishery products listed in Annex I to Council
Regulation (EC) No 104/2000 for the 2013 fishing year
THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

accordance with the opinion of the Committee estab
lished by Regulation (EC) No 104/2000,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European
Union,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 104/2000 of
17 December 1999 on the common organisation of the

markets in fishery and aquaculture products ( 1 ), and in particular
Article 20(3) and Article 22 thereof,
The conversion factors used for calculating the Union with
drawal and selling prices, as referred to in Articles 20 and 22
of Regulation (EC) No 104/2000, for the 2013 fishing year for
the products listed in Annex I to that Regulation, are set out in
Annex I to this Regulation.
